A deposit of 25% is required within five days of booking  to secure and confirm the reservation .

This is refundable in full in case of cancellation upto 6 weeks before dates of booking. Cancellation between 6 & 4 weeks of the reserved booking sees the return of 50% of the deposit.  Cancellation 4 weeks or less before the reserved booking will result in the full retention of the deposit.

For a whole riad booking, cancellation before 10 weeks, the deposit is returned. 10-8 weeks cancellation, 50% deposit returned. Cancellation 8 weeks or less the deposit is retained
