Our very excellent head cook Saida is able to offer a full menu of Moroccan cuisine. Dinners are usually taken in the courtyard served on the table constructed from an attractive antique Moroccan door, however on the occasional inclement day, or if more privacy is required, then dinners can be served in any one of the two saloons. Some guests enjoy candle lit dining on the terrace on warm evenings, of which we have many!
At the end of the day it is a delight to retire with a mint tea or more to the terrace, the weather is usually suitable for 8 months or so a year
All meals should be ordered before 10:30 a.m. since our cook always buys fresh produce from the market every morning for the meals during the day.
Many guests choose to dine in on their first evening or the evening before their trip home. If you wish to book the first evening dinner, e-mail us and we will send you a menu or you can ask us to select a typical Moroccan meal taking into account any likes & dislikes.
