We offer a morning of informal cookery lesson starting with a trip to the markets to buy meat or fish, fresh vegetables,spices, olives & preserved lemons.
Next in our well appointed & spacious kitchen we have hands on preparation of two courses for a Moroccan meal. We show two starter dishes with usually Tagine as the main course, but it could be Couscous, it is your choice of dish & menu. The meal is usually eaten as a candle lit dinner in our lovely riad but can be lunch if preferred.

The price is just £70 for 2 people & includes the three course dinner – we prepare the desert – including mineral water plus tea or coffee to follow. Dinner is normally 240 dirhams (approx £17.50) per person so the lesson is particularly good value & fun too!
